1. Product was damaged or defective.
2. Wrong product was shipped.
3. Product varied materially from description.
1. Customer cancel the order before processing the order from our end.
2. Product delivered to customer found not working and we are unable to replace the item.
3. Product delivered to wrong address and customer do not want the product anymore.
4. For Refund Customer has to pay both side shipping charges.
5. We only pay one side shipping charges if product is found any defect under warranty period,
THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED ONLY TO THE MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND DOESN'T COVER ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE, DAMAGE BY SPILLS OF LIQUID OR BURNT PCB.
For return authorization, you must contact us within 5 days after receiving the order and inform us. Item(s) must be in new, unused condition with all retail packaging. Please note “do not send back the items to us without our permission, we are not responsible for this”.
